Long-Term Rentals

ALL PROPERTIES ARE CURRENTLY LEASED FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR.

We have several options for long-term housing, all located in Columbia, Missouri... right on the heart of campus at University of Missouri-Columbia! Our properties fall inside the East Campus Historic District, which includes over 250 contributing buildings built between 1895 and 1945, offering charm and character. All our properties are within a 10-minute walk to heart of Mizzou's campus. They are also walkable to downtown. 

Most leases are signed in August or September for the following school year. A security deposit equal to the first month's rent is required to finalize the lease. We do require that a parent or guardian co-sign the lease. We also require that tenants have renter's insurance upon moving in. Monthly rent ranges from $750-850/bedroom. Utilities are paid for by the tenant. Leases typically run from beginning of August through mid-July.

1513 Rosemary Ln - multi-family property, consisting of an upstairs apartment with 4 bedrooms (and 2 additional rooms that can be used as a den/office) and 2 1/2 bathrooms, and also a basement studio apartment with a private entrance. Both the upstairs apartment and the studio have a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a paved lot in the back for parking. 

1604 University Ave - multi-family property, consisting of 4 total bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large backyard area. There is parking on the side of the house and on the street.
